The Golden Bear Swimming & Diving team competed against Franklin Community last night. Despite both teams losing the team had a great performance. The Golden Bears combined for 2 Golden Bear Top Tens, 26 career PRs, and 4 season PRs. Congratulations to first place finishers Naomi Garringer in the 200 IM and Miriam Garringer in the 100 Breaststroke. Trey Carrell and Miriam Garringer both posted Golden Bear Top Tens in the 100 Breaststroke. Athletes of the meet: Naomi Garringer for 3 career PRs, Maiah Helfer-Vazquez for her season PR performance in diving, Trey Carrell for his Golden Bear Top Ten and 2 career PRs, and Gaige Harker for posting 2 career PRs.
